On Vacation

My mom is getting ready for her well deserved vacation. She's going back home to Italy with my Dad to visit family. My grandma is 93 and my dad really misses her and wants to spend as much time as he can with her. It's so hard to have family so far away. Friday Night Cupcake Class

As you may know, I love to bake! I wanted to further my baking experience by taking a cupcake class to improve my decorating skills. My sister-in-law and I went to Le Dolci to learn how to decorate cupcake with fondant and icing. We had such a great time! Lisa who ran the class was superb. We would definately recommend her class.
